2. 30-Minute Hip-Hop Fit Workout

Live your Step Up/Bring It On dreams with this hip-hop workout. A 30-minute cardio burst will absolutely boost house moral. My housemates participated in this one and it was so much fun and a lot of laughs.

3. 30-Minute HIIT Cardio Workout with Warm Up – No Equipment at Home

You’ll be exhausted but man, you’ll feel good. The health benefits of HIIT are widely known – give it a google to read about all the ways this sort of exercise can help your body.

4. Gentle Yoga Flow – 30-Minute All Levels Yoga Class

Maybe you’ve had a huge study day and need to wind down. This 30-minute gentle yoga routine will help you do exactly that. Relax and find your chi in these crazy times. Mental health is just as important as physical health so make time to meditate and bring that busy mind back down to earth.

5. 45 Minute Bodyweight Workout

Beware, this is intense! If you really need to wear yourself out and get in a good night’s sleep, give this 45-minute bodyweight circuit a go. Intensity levels are easily changed up to suit your fitness and strength level so there’s no reason not to try it out.

6. 30-Minute No-Equipment Abs and Butt-Toning Workout

7. 30 Min Cardio Kickboxing Workout

Housemates got you feeling a bit crazy? Throw some punches in the air and let that frustration go. Probably do this one in the backyard if you can or a big open room. If not, it’s highly probable that your walls will end up with a few holes in them. Holes in walls = no bond back. Sad.
